Dr Hannah Harrington is a senior palliative medicine and paediatric palliative medicine specialist at St Vincent's Hospital Sydney and also serves as a Conjoint Lecturer at University of New South Wales Clinical School. St Vincent's Hospital Sydney. She is a member of the research team at the Cunningham Centre for Palliative Care — a dedicated research and education unit based at St Vincent’s — which works on clinical trials and research into core aspects of palliative care such as pain, nausea, constipation, breathlessness, psychological support and other key issues relevant to people with life-limiting illnesses. Through this role, she helps to integrate research findings into evidence-based clinical practice and health-professional education, and thereby contributes to improving quality of end-of-life and supportive care for both adult and paediatric patient
